Career Guidance

Choosing a career can be exciting as well as overwhelming.

The San Antonio Lighthouse offers a Career Guidance Program that includes help in the following areas:

• Exploring occupations
• Seeing how your interests and skills fit into jobs
• Learning about suitable job accommodations
• Determining your aptitudes and skill levels
• Developing a career plan

The center specializes in making accommodations for each person’s unique needs. All materials are available in large print, Braille. Assessments are tailored to the needs of the individual and referring counselor.
